Theorte Ekstasis Camp is the local Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.) body for the greater Louisville, Kentucky metro area, including Southern Indiana. Our camp's name is Greek for "Divine Ecstasy ".

Spring Quarter Newsletter Now Available

Volume I, issue 3 of the Fleur de Lis, the official quarterly newsletter of Theorte Ekstastis Camp is now available for download in .pdf format from our newsletter page.

Invocation Class Series

Theorte Ekstasis Camp holds weekly classes on topics of interest to the occult and Thelemic community. Many of our weekly classes are part of an ongoing series that forms a greater set of knowledge. In the past we have examined the Thoth Tarot trumps in comparison with 777, learned about various Gnostic Saints, and read chapters from Magick in Theory and Practice with discussion. Our spring 2008 curriculum will consist of an overview of various god-forms that the camp members plan to invoke personally in late spring. Please see the camp calendar for details.

Newsletter Accepting Submissions

Volume I, issue 4 of the Fleur de Lis, the official quarterly newsletter of Theorte Ekstastis Camp will be released in August of 2008. Please send submissions care of the newsletter's editor, our camp secretary.

One Year Anniversary

At the risk of "interpreting" The Book of the Law, it is a local tradition in Theorte Ekstasis Camp to celebrate "A feast for Tahuti and the child of the Prophet--secret, O Prophet!" (Liber AL vel Legis: Ch: 2 Ver: 39) as our local body anniversary. Our camp celebrated its one year anniversary the evening of Friday, October 12, 2007, which coincided with both Crowleymass and the 700th anniversary of the arrest of the Knights Templar.

Louisville Pagan Pride Day

Theorte Ekstasis Camp would like to thank everyone who organised and attended the second annual Louisville Pagan Pride Day, September 29, 2007 e.v. at Waterfront Park at the Brown-Forman Amphitheater. The event was a wonderful success. It was a great opportunity for us to share information about Thelema and the O.T.O. with members of the occult and magical community, and we look forward to returning in years to come.
